Once you've earned enough to meet the minimum payout, you get to decide what to do next. You can either take your earnings as cash right away, or you can keep accumulating them until you reach $1000. If you choose the $1000 option, and as you complete 90% of the required work, we'll match 10% from our side to help you get there. Once you become a shareholder, you become entitled to annual profits on a yearly basis or sell it to anyone in the open market.
